Generator sets with Stage V engines
The new STAGE V gas emission regulations that affect engines and therefore the generator sets, is leading to the development of engines that incorporate a multitude of accessories necessary to meet the demands set out in the Regulation (EU) 2016/1628. These accessories occupy an extra space that must be catered for so they can be incorporated into the canopy that houses the generator set, meaning it is therefore required to create new designs of generator sets. To this end, INMESOL is working ingeniously to adapt its canopies to the new engines and their accessories, with the purpose of continuing to maintain their optimal dimensions to save on the transport of several units, just like its predecessors.
With the new design, the 40 and 60 KVA pre-series and higher power prototypes developed so far, compared to their predecessor models, have turned out to be generators with lower noise emissions, with a lower temperature in the interior of the canopy, greatly reducing the possibility of over-heating even in tropical environments, and of course, equipment with very low levels of gas emissions.
50-60 HZ Dual sets
The sets from the rental sector are characterised by their versatility in being able to be used in different applications with different characteristics. One of the most recent and demanded requirements is the option of 50-60HZ dual generator sets, and different voltages.
Typical applications are at sites such as harbours where vessels often demand different frequency and voltage systems. A set with these characteristics can serve the needs of various different scenarios that may arise.
Lighting towers: IT06
The latest lighting tower development undertaken by INMESOL, the IT-06 model, has also been created due to client demand for the rental sector. The requirements were based on a lighting tower:
- Compact, stable, lightweight and easy to install and use.
- With LED spotlight technology.
- Connectable to any available power source found in different applications or situations
- For both indoors and outdoors use, without worrying about gas or noise emissions.
- With optimised volume and measurements (their base adapted to the dimensions of a pallet) to facilitate the transport of several units.
- Connectable as a series with more units for increasing lumens whenever necessary (up to 12 units)

ULTRAQUIET RENTAL GENERATOR SETS: 50 dB(A)
The rental sector is demanding ever quieter generator sets.
INMESOL, since its inception, has constantly worked on the design and use of the latest technology in soundproofing materials in order to reduce to the maximum noise emissions that engines produce during their operation.
The last special canopy designed for rental generator sets that house generators from 85 kVA to 130 kVA PRP has been very well-received by our clients. Thanks to its design, depending on the power of the generator inside, it has been possible to reduce noise emissions by 60-64 dB(A) down to 50 dB(A) @ 7m and 75% load.

HEAVY RENTAL RANGE: Power, Sturdiness, Technology and Safety
The CT-1230 model container, specifically designed for the Rental sector, was recently unveiled at BAUMA. With an MTU engine and the latest control centre model developed by the brand DEIF, it is characterized by its great versatility as it is programmable for any type of application.
A sturdy generator set, capable of generating up to 1230KVA of LTP power in a container with a luxury finish:
- Stainless-steel hinges and locks.
- Emergency opening device from the inside.
- Extended protection of hot stainless-steel sheet parts.
- Large internal steps for easy access to the inside of the container.

PORTABLE
For applications where small amounts of power are required, the following have been designed: Portable generators especially for the rental sector. Robust, easily transportable and manageable and with a metal protection which surrounds the generator and protects it from possible knocks that could occur during its handling, as it is a piece of equipment that is widely used in construction and public works and often involves frequent handling, being moved around from one place to another.

SPECIAL SETS FOR DUSTY ENVIRONMENTS
For events in deserts, quarries, and mines and in general, any application where dusty conditions prevail, generator sets can be used without the risk of this environment causing problems to the set’s components due to dust. For this purpose, the set is equipped with different filters located in parts which are prone to deterioration: Heavy duty filters in the engine, special filters in the alternator and suitable grilles in the air inlets allow the generators to work perfectly normally.

In facilities where there is no mains supply, generator sets working in pairs is a very suitable solution since they work as a backup to each other, that is to say one set acts as a main source of energy supply while the other remains on standby in case of emergency.
