Inmesol Generators Reinforce the Power Supply in Burma / Myanmar

In response to the political changes recently being introduced in Burma, the European Union decided over a year ago to suspend the sanctions it had previously imposed, thus boosting trade and investment in this Asian country with the aim of stimulating its economy.

Burma is presently investing in installations to guarantee the power supply to its population, which is seen as vital for the country’s economic development. Recently, and with this in mind, the city of Rangoon (Yangon), the capital city until 2005, has acquired a series of Inmesol generators which it will use to reinforce its electrical power supply.
