Il y a quelques mois encore, pour transporter la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de puissance, avec l&#8217;ancienne carrosserie, <strong>deux camions<\/strong> de ce type \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9missions de CO2 <\/strong>dans l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re sont <strong>r\u00e9duites <\/strong>de moiti\u00e9, tout comme les <strong>frais de carburant<\/strong> et de <strong>main d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi \u00e9tait-ce un d\u00e9fi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour transporter 6 unit\u00e9s dans des camions de 40 pieds, il ne suffit pas seulement de r\u00e9duire<strong> de quelques centim\u00e8tres<\/strong> les dimensions des carrosseries de ces mod\u00e8les.<\/p>\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 \u00e9tait de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 cette r\u00e9duction, en \u00e9vitant d&#8217;\u00e9ventuels <strong>probl\u00e8mes de surchauffe<\/strong> et d&#8217;<strong>augmentation du niveau d&#8217;\u00e9missions sonores<\/strong> des dispositifs.<\/p>\n<p>Plus l&#8217;ouverture de la carrosserie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la circulation de l&#8217;air ,afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter la surchauffe du moteur, est grande, plus les sons \u00e9mis s&#8217;\u00e9chappent facilement et plus la perception des \u00e9missions sonores est importante.<\/p>\n<p>Le D\u00e9partement de I+D est parvenu \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un design o\u00f9 le flux d&#8217;air est optimal (il n&#8217;y a pas de surchauffe) et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un bon syst\u00e8me de <strong>pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 sons<\/strong> (\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui absorbent le son) qui emp\u00eachent le son de s&#8217;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3044\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3044\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3044 lazyload\" data-src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/1_premiere-expedition-nouveau-modele-de-generateur-de-gamme-rental-iirn-165.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00e9alisation des tests de mesure des \u00e9missions sonores du dispositif IIRN-165 par Sergio Frutos\" width=\"640\" height=\"333\" title=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 640px;
