Inmesol Designs Dual Voltage Generators for Installations with Different Voltages

Inmesol’s engineering team has designed a new model that is able to supply power from the same generator to infrastructure using two different voltages.

These dual voltage generators are especially designed to increase the functionality of the Rental Range of mobile generator sets, since company installations frequently function with two different voltages.

The generator “thinks” for you.

The outstanding feature of this design is its ease of use. The operator only has to indicate the required voltage on the selector panel and the generator then detects and singles out the loads that work with this voltage, which it then supplies. For example, if the operator selects the option of 230 V, the generator only supplies the loads connected to the 230 V sockets, namely the blue sockets. If the 400 V option is selected, the set will only supply the loads connected to the red sockets.

Simplicity + versatility = practicality.

Using the dual voltage system, the loads are only supplied when, once in operation, the equipment reaches its nominal voltage and frequency values.

When the “Stop” button is pressed, the switchboard first disconnects the loads and then turns off the generator.
