The end clients for our generator sets in the Rental Range are usually third party companies who rent the equipment to an intermediary company so they can have a supply of electricity in locations which are often subject to extreme conditions: road building, underground constructions, industries such as mining, telecommunications infrastructures, very large concerts, etc. It is a competitive growth sector that demands robust, technically innovative, cost-effective equipment designed to meet any possible requirements, including the European regulations on low-level acoustic and atmospheric gas emissions.
Soundproof Generator Set Rental
Conscious of these requirements, over the past year Inmesol’s Technical Department has been working to reduce the noise emissions of our generator sets even further, with excellent results. The 22-550 kVA gensets in the new Rental Range incorporate the technology to prevent clients from losing any contracts due to the noise pollution restrictions. Our engineers have designed the soundproofed bodywork to comply with the most rigorous acoustic specifications. A simple example is the upper air outlet, which allows the generator to cool the motor, meaning the noise level is lower than it would be if the air outlet were on the front. In addition, the materials used to manufacture the gensets make them fire resistant.

Robust, Resilient and Reliable Equipment
The generator sets in the Rental Range are designed and manufactured to work in severe weather conditions and to facilitate access to the different parts, which simplifies maintenance tasks considerably.
Waterproof control panel: designed to prevent damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions, preventing the accumulation and access of water coming from abundant and frequent rain or snowfalls.
Quality bodywork and chassis: both the quality of the steel used in the bodywork and chassis and the laminated carbon steel structure are DD11 according to EN10111.2008. The joints are welded using robotic MIG-MAG technology.
Reinforced drag points: to facilitate their transportation and protect the bodywork, sockets and control panel from possible blows.
The best motors for maximum power: our generator sets use Kohler, Volvo Penta, FPT-IVECO and Honda motors. They all comply with the strict current regulations on STAGE IIIA gas emissions.
Socket Kit: prepared to achieve maximum generator power in each model. This configuration is standard, although the sockets can be adapted upon request.
Anti-corrosive paint: to ensure long-lasting bodywork, we use Qualicoat paint, which prevents rust from forming in saline or humid environments.
Wide Range of Accessories for Maintenance and Variety of Options
The entire Rental Range includes a complete series of generator accessories which help to speed up the maintenance process. For example, the refueler or the wide access radiator door, which facilitates cleaning. The accessories also comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Likewise, there are a wide variety of options to simplify these maintenance tasks, such as the pre-filter system, a liquid collection tray (anti-freeze, oil, etc.) with a greater capacity than the sum of litres used by the equipment, and an intuitive, easy-to-operate control panel.
Transportable: Mobile Kit
Another notable feature of the Rental Range is the mobile kit, especially designed to transport the generator sets on the road or around building sites. All the gensets in the range are equipped so they can be easily secured to the trailers.
Lifting Hooks and Trailer Hooks
The generator sets have a hook which ensures stable lifting and safety during these operations, as well as a hook so they can be towed.
Fuel Tank with Capacity for 24 Hours, Double Wall and Breakwater
In compliance with the European regulation, our Rental Range incorporates these large capacity tanks as standard. They are also designed to ensure that the diesel remains trapped inside a sealed container with a double wall.
Safety: On-Off Battery Switch
The gensets have a detachable handle-like piece, which when removed means the equipment cannot be manipulated.
